`Hancock` opens Moscow film fest
Hollywood stars Will Smith and Charlize Theron shined on the red carpet Thursday as their new film "Hancock" opened the 30th edition of the Moscow International Film Festival.
Cheered by his Russian fans, Smith took time to sign autographs on his way into the Pushkin theatre, in the heart of the Russian capital, before the screening of the superhero comedy directed by Peter Berg.
On hand, too, were Sarajevo-born director Emir Kusturica, whose "Maradona by Kusturica" will close the 10-day festival, and action-oriented Japanese filmmaker Takeshi Kitano, who is being honoured with a retrospective.
